1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Mansion77 ("Platform", "we", "us", "the Company"). 3Account Registration & User Responsibilities

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at Mansion77. The same details — including full name, phone number, ID number, email address, and bank account information — may not be used to register more than one account. Members found to hold multiple accounts will have all associated accounts frozen and their balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate & Up-to-Date Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate, complete, and up to date. Mansion77 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information submitted by a member.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activity that takes place under your account. Recommended steps:

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Withdrawal Processing Time: 5–30 minutes (business days), up to 24 hours (public holidays)

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit. Mansion77 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount, as part of standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by mansion77 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. General terms that apply to all bonuses include:

• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (typically between 10x and 20x the bonus amount).
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus of up to RM500 is available to new mansion77 members on their first deposit. The rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x the bonus amount. This bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited, after which it will expire automatically.

5.3 Cashback and Rakeback

Weekly cashback and daily rakeback programmes (for poker) are calculated based on your actual game activity within the specified period. Cashback amounts are credited every Monday and are not subject to rollover requirements unless otherwise stated.

6Casino Game Rules

• Game results are final and cannot be altered once a round has concluded.

• The use of automated assistance software (bots), artificial intelligence programmes, or any third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

7Sports Betting, E-Sports & Odds

Mansion77 offers sports betting across local and international football leagues including the Malaysia Super League and EPL, badminton, cricket, and a wide range of other sports. The e-sports section covers competitions in Mobile Legends, CS2, Dota 2, and more.

• Displayed odds are live and subject to change until a bet is confirmed by the system.
• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be reversed except in the event of a verified technical error on mansion77's part.
• Mansion77 reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict bets on any event where there is evidence or suspicion of match manipulation.
• Postponed or cancelled matches will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's rules and mansion77's prevailing policy.
• Maximum bet limits per sporting event are subject to limits set by mansion77 and may vary by sport, league, and market.

8Prohibited User Conduct

Mansion77 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses or promotions.
• Using false information, another person's identity, or manipulated documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in card fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Colluding with other players in P2P games such as poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using third-party software, bots, or automated scripts to play games.
• Attacking, hacking, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to Mansion77's systems.
